Important information for the application
PLEASE NOTE: If you are an OeAD scholarship holder, please do NOT apply here unless you have received access details for the online application via email!
Our website shows a general overview of accommodation. The availability of the rooms is NOT shown.
If you know where you would like to stay, click on the APPLY button, so you can fill out the application form immediately.
Please register at first and complete your profile. Keep your university confirmation with you for the application, so that you can upload it when you register. (Maximum upload size: 2MB per document).
If you would like to look around, you can either use the search feature, or browse through the respective locations.
If you especially like the look of a particular residence, you can add it to your WISHLIST.
You can add as many accommodation options as you like to the wishlist, but you will only be able to select a maximum of 3 different accommodations and room types on the application form.
Please fill out the application form with your personal data completely and truthfully. All mandatory fields (*) must be filled out.
Please register a separate user profile with a different e-mail address for each person and complete one application form per person.
If you need confirmation of your accommodation for 12 months for your visa application, please inform us separately in the field "Notes/Comments".
ATTENTION: Unfortunately we are unable to accept bookings for the period ending 30.12. Please choose the next possible date in January of the following year for your desired check-out date.
At the end of the online application you will be automatically forwarded to our payment provider where you can pay the application fee of EUR 35.00 by credit card or PayPal.
This fee is non-refundable. After you have paid the application fee, your finished application will be sent to us. After successful application you will receive a summary of your application data to the e-mail address you provided. If you want to make any changes, please contact us by e-mail.
Within the next few days after submitting your application, we will send you an offer for accommodation by e-mail.
