It helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and safe.

Our service in all OeAD-Guesthouses
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
Cost overview
The floor plans are symbolic pictures which illustrate the approximate allocation of the room. The living communities consist of different sized rooms with multiple tenants (1-5 tenants) overall. Please note that due to availability and room size the actual allocation of the room may differ.
