This small and elegant residence is located right next to the subway station (U3-stop Simmering). You can get into the inner city and to Stephansplatz within 15 minutes. The on-site gym will take care of your daily workouts. The house offers you a beautiful green courtyard and many balconies. Shops and grocery stores, as well as a large outdoor swimming pool, are waiting for you close by.

Overnight guests welcome!
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
