We are especially proud of this residence, which has made a name for itself as the first student accommodation to be designed and constructed as an entirely passive house building. The huge windows and bright rooms make this popular residence a real eye-catcher. The Prater and recreational area is close-by, allowing you to jog in peace and escape the daily stresses of University.

It contains essential information about our shared regulations, rights, and responsibilities, as well as guidelines for interacting with one another. It helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and safe.

Our service in all OeAD-Guesthouses
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
