Have you always wanted to live in a beautiful historic building right in the city center of Graz?
It is almost time to move in! This residence was completely redeveloped in 2017, the courtyard buildings were refurbished and built up and the attic floor was extended.
The city park and the University of Graz are located in close proximity.

Overnight guests welcome!
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
