ATTENTION: The bed measures 90cm x 200cm in the room categories A small and D small, for the room categories A, D, D large and J the bed measures 120cm x 200cm.

It contains essential information about our shared regulations, rights, and responsibilities, as well as guidelines for interacting with one another. It helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and safe.
We offer
Our service in all OeAD-Guesthouses
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
