Our first OeAD-Guesthouse opened in DORNBIRN in September 2026.
It is located on the site of ÖLZ-Artisan Bakery and offers a total of 83 accommodations: 51 in the new building and 32 in the old building.
monu is just a few mins' walk to the FH Vorarlberg.
You can already apply for an accommodation for the summer semester 2027!

ATTENTION: All photos of the different room categories are symbolic pictures - The actual furnishing of the room may differ. The rooms are allocated in either the old building or the new building. Rooms are allocated subject to availability.
ATTENTION: The bed measures 90cm x 200cm in the room categories A small, D small and J for the room categories A, D and D large, the bed measures 120cm x 200cm.

It contains essential information about our shared regulations, rights, and responsibilities, as well as guidelines for interacting with one another. It helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures that everyone feels comfortable and safe.
We offer
Our service in all OeAD-Guesthouses
You may accommodate your overnight guests for a maximum of 10 days. We charge EUR 20.00/night per guest. If you invite your guest for a weekend, we charge a flat rate of EUR 60.00. Upon request, we will provide you with an additional bed including bedding. Please let us know in advance on the self-service platform if you are expecting a guest.
