How it works:
Book your accommodation starting on February 16, 2026 or March 2, 2026 for a minimum of 4 months.

This offer applies exclusively to new applications for the summer semester 2026 in Graz.
You must apply for an accommodation between February 6, 2026 - February 15, 2026.
All bookings must start on February 16, 2026 or March 2, 2026.
For a minimum booking of 4 months, you will receive a credit equivalent to one monthly accommodation fee (for June 2026) at the end of your stay.
The credit for the free month will only be granted if you have moved into the accommodation and stayed for the entire booked period.
In case of early departure or cancellation, the offer is no longer valid.
The nomination of a subsequent tenant is not possible.
We reserve the right to exclude unqualified or abusive applications from the promotion without further explanation.
The offer cannot be redeemed for cash.
People of a group booking are excluded from this promotion.
