AEMS report out now!
This years AEMS university once provided an interdisciplinary learning experience in Vienna and welcomed 43 participants from 28 nations!
Following a holistic approach to economics and sustainability, AEMS 2025 offered a range of acitivities: from in-class lectures and (panel) discussions to an excursion to IIASA in Laxenburg, social housing tour and educational games/simulations! Our students also presented initiatives or projects they are involved with at the "strategies of transition"-fair and worked together on an interdisciplinary group project for systemic change.
Further highlights of the summer program include extra-curricular social activities with sports evenings, movie night, dinner at a typical Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant, and public events that where held together with the summer university Green.Building.Solutions.
