Participation fee
The regular tuiton fee to participate in AEMS is EUR 1.390,-
This fee include all program components and lecture-related activities, such as catered evening events, one dinner at an Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant and sports evenings. Find more information on what's included in the fee here.
Early Bird Discount
Apply before 9 March 2025 and save EUR 200,- on the regular participation fee!
Accommodation
Accommodation in a student residence in Vienna is available for an additional EUR 300,-
This fee Includes accommodation for the entire 3 weeks of the program, plus 1 optional extra-week after AEMS 2025 free of charge. The accommodation is organized by us, OeAD student housing - you only need to let us know in the application form that you want to include accommodation as well.
Company fee
The summer university is a great opportunity for capacity building for employees! If an employe want to join the summer university via their affiliated company, the participation fee is: EUR 2.390,- (incl. accommodation in a student residence; excl. VAT).
Special offer for graduates & their friends
A friend of yours already participated in AEMS? If you join the program in 2025 based on recommendation by a graduate, your friend is eligible for accommodation for 1 week in a fully furnished OeAD-Guesthouse in Vienna during July-August 2025! - Find out more!
