When does the application period start and end?
The application period will open mid-January 2026. In the meantime, feel free to sign up for our newsletter to get notified once they are live.
You can apply until June 15, 2026. If you apply by March 8, 2026, you will receive a discount on the regular participation fee!
The application deadline for scholarships is April 30, 2026.
Which English language certificates do you accept?
If English is your first language or your current studies are or past studies were conducted in English, you do not need to provide a certificate. In all other cases, we accept certificates such as TOEFL and IELTS. We do not accept Duolingo certificates.
How long does it take to review my application?
Applications for regular participation are reviewed and applicants notified on a rolling basis to secure spots for participation. Applications for scholarships take a bit longer to screen and will be notified after the end of the application deadline for scholarships (April 30, 2026). Exceptions are outstanding applications received from applicants that need to apply for a visa. Please be patient if you do not hear back from us immediately.
