Scholarships
Our academic partners offer scholarships to participate in AEMS for the reduced fee of EUR 590
This fee covers all program components and lecture-related activities, including catered evening events, one dinner at a traditional Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant and sports evenings. Find out more about what's included here.
Eligibility
These scholarships are available for highly qualified students who are in need of financial support:
If you are a student or member of one of our partner institutions and wish to apply, please mention the institution as the "scholarship reference" in the application form. You will also be asked to submit a short motivation statement.
Eligibility is checked based on application documents. Scholarships are granted based on the application criteria.
Please note: AEMS is an intense program, and full participation for all 3 weeks is mandatory. The program is held in-person in Vienna; virtual participation is not possible.
1 FULL Social Media Scholarship
Are you eager to share your summer experience with a bigger audience? We are offering 1 FULL scholarship: support us with social media content and take part in the AEMS Summer University for free!*

Accommodation
Accommodation in a student residence in Vienna is available for an additional EUR 300
This fee covers your stay for the full 3 weeks of the program, plus 1 optional extra week before AEMS 2026 at no extra cost. Moving in is possible from July, 6 (optional). Moving out is until August, 3 at 9 am. Please note that the student residence is within reach of the university with a 30 minutes travel by public transport.
Accommodation is arranged by us, OeAD student housing - simply indicate your interest when filling out the application form.
