Participation fee
The regular tuition fee to join AEMS is EUR 1,390
If you apply before March 8, 2026, you will pay the discounted early-bird fee of EUR 1,190.
This fee covers all program components and lecture-related activities, including catered evening events, one dinner at a traditional Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant and sports evenings. Find more details on what's included in the fee here.

Accommodation
Accommodation in a student residence in Vienna is available for an additional EUR 300
This fee covers your stay for the full 3 weeks of the program, plus 1 optional extra week before AEMS 2026 at no extra cost. Moving in is possible from July, 6 (optional). Moving out is until August, 3 at 9 am. Please note that the student residence is within reach of the university with a 30 minutes travel by public transport.
Accommodation is arranged by us, OeAD student housing - simply indicate your interest when filling out the application form.
Employer Fee
The summer university is a fantastic opportunity for employee development! If an employee is attending through their affiliated company, the participation fee is EUR 2,390 (including accommodation in a student residence; excluding VAT).
