Participation fee and scholarships
Scholarships
Our academic partners are offering scholarships for highly qualified students in need of financial support to participate in the AEMS for a reduced fee - have a look at the full list here. Eligibility is checked based on application documents.
If you are a student or member of one of our partners please mention the partner institution at “scholarship reference” in the application form. Also, you will be asked to fill in a short Motivation Statement for the scholarship.
After application, scholarships are awarded based on the below criteria:
- Financial need
- Motivation letter
- Very good command of English
- Minimum academic level: pre-university (A-level)
Participation fees
Regular participation fee:
- EUR 1.390,- (without accommodation)
- EUR 1.590,- (including accommodation provided by OeAD student housing*)
Reduced participation fee for scholarship holders:
- EUR 590, - (without accommodation)
- EUR 790,- (including accommodation provided by OeAD student housing*)
The participation fee includes all program components and lecture-related activities, such as catered evening events, one dinner at an Austrian "Heurigen" restaurant and sports evenings.
*Fee includes accommodation in a student guesthouse in Vienna during the entire 3 weeks of the program, plus 1 optional extra-week after AEMS 2024 free of charge. You do NOT need to apply for a room, your accommodation during AEMS is organized by us.

Application for AEMS 2024
Applications for AEMS 2024 will open early next year, in January.
