Due to the current situation, and the unclear development of the coming months, it is not easy to book an accommodation.

We assure you that you can definitely apply for an accommodation. If you have to postpone your booking due to COVID-19, we offer you a free* postponement to the next summer or winter semester 2021.

* Postponement of the booking depending on available capacity. Please let us know your new arrival and departure dates.

If you want to cancel your booking, we can offer you the following options:

• You can cancel your booking free of charge within 14 days after confirmation of your booking. You will get your full deposit back.
• After the 14 days and up to more than 2 months before the start of your booking, you can cancel it for a small cancellation fee equal to the booking fee.
  The remaining deposit will be returned to you.
• If you inform us exactly or less than 2 months before the start of your booking, a cancellation fee of a monthlyone month’s accommodation fee and plus the booking fee will be charged.
  The remaining deposit will be returned to you.
• Only if you cancel less than 1 month before the beginning of the booking, we will have to charge a cancellation fee in the amount of the deposit.
