FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence 2019 - World GOLD Winner

The OeAD-Guesthouse PopUp dorms were awarded with the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence 2019 as WORLD GOLD WINNER in the category of “affordable housing”, on May 31, 2019 during an elegant gala event in Moscow.
According to the Wall Street Journal, the FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Award is designated as the real estate Oscar and we proudly took this award back home to Austria for the first time in its 28-year history. There were a total of 78 submssions from 29 nations and prizes were awarded in a total of 15 categories.
The PopUp dorms are an exceptional student residence and proved that climate friendly, sustainable building in line with passive housing standards is significantly cheaper than conventional buildings methods. We could not be happier to win this prestigious award!
