FIABCI Prix d‘ Excellence 2018 - winner PopUp dorms
The FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence is a unique award given to real estate projects that embody innovation and economic sustainability.
Five excellent real estate projects were awarded with a trophy during a four-hour gala in the Grand Hall of the Erste Campus Vienna, on October 18, 2018.
Two OeAD-Housing Office projects were nominated in the Living/New Construction category:
The OeAD-Guesthouse mineroom in Leoben and the OeAD-Guesthouse PopUp dorms in the Seestadt Aspern in Vienna.
The PopUp dorms project was carried out together with our partner Home4Students, and was announced as the winner during the prestigious awards ceremony!
The OeAD-Guesthouse mineroom appeared as a runner-up!
All five winners of the FIABCI Prix d’ Excellence Austria are now part of the international FIABCI World Prix d’ Excellence Awards held on May 28, 2019 in Moscow. Let’s keep our fingers crossed!
